Equipment Policy
Any damage(s) including but not limited to: spills, broken/torn pieces to the movie projector, screen or any outdoor movie provided materials will result in replacement payment up to, not to exceed, current retail value for the damaged goods.
If keeping equipment overnight, all electronic equipment and screens are to be put inside the container provided for overnight protection. Failure to do so and any damage incurred will result in payment by invoice for replacement of damaged equipment up to $500.
Booking Procedure
To hold a date, booking charges must be paid in full. We accept all major Credit Cards, mailed check or Venmo to @magiccitymovies. An invoice can be issued upon request.
Cancellation Policy
Magic City Movies & Rentals will issue a refund for cancellations made two weeks in advance, aside from a 10% nonrefundable cancellation fee. We will also issue a 50% refund a week from booked date. Any cancellation less than a week from the booked date results in no refund.
In the event of severe weather, we reserve the right to cancel your rental to protect our equipment and guests - issuing a full refund or date change with no additional charge to customer. This decision will be made 24 hours before the booked date.
