How long do I get to rent it for?

We will work with your event needs but typically we rent for 4-6 hours. We can work together to determine drop off & pick up times. Extended hours may incur an additional fee.

Will I need power?

Yes! We will need power within approx. 200 feet of where you will want to view.

How big is the screen?

The screen is 12’ wide x 7’ tall.

The frame of the screen is 6’ deep x 11’ tall x 16’ wide.

How far is the projector away from the screen?

To get the full height & width viewing of the screen, the projector is best set about 11’ from the screen. The total length from the back of the screen to the projector is 17’.

How loud are the speakers?

Our speakers have 180W of Peak Power Handling which means they are loud! We recommend 1 speaker for about every 50 people that will attend.

Is the screen blower loud?

You won’t even know it’s there.

What cords do I need for connecting?

We will bring the following connectors: HDMI, VGA, USB & USB-C. We will also provide adapters if you have a MacBook without an import or need a certain connector to your device. We confirm your streaming device before we arrive so everyone is prepared.

What devices can I use?

You can use any device that will connect through one of the wires listed above. This would include Apple TV, Roku, Laptop, iPad, etc.

Can I stream something live like a game or award show?

YES! You will need strong internet service for streaming. Something to consider when picking out your location to set up the projector. However, most movies are pre-downloaded and are not streaming live so internet is not as much of a necessity if streaming a movie.

How many people can comfortable see the screen?

We have had 100+ people comfortably sit & be able to view the screen. Stadium seating or the ability to spread out often helps more people see the screen.
